Igor Tulchinsky is Founder, Chairman, CEO, Chairman of the Office of the CIO and Head of Research of WorldQuant, a global quantitative asset management firm. Prior to founding WorldQuant in 2007, Igor spent 12 years as a statistical arbitrage portfolio manager at Millennium Management. Igor is the Founder of WorldQuant University, a not-for-profit that offers an instructor-guided, tuition-free MSc program in Financial Engineering, and is committed to making higher-quality education more accessible worldwide. Because of his dedication to building companies driven by exponential technologies, Igor founded WorldQuant Foundry. He also founded WorldQuant Ventures, a private investment vehicle focused on disruptive companies in technology. Igor previously worked as a venture capitalist, scientist at AT&T Bell Laboratories, video game programmer, and author. Igor holds an M.A. in computer science from the University of Texas, and an M.B.A. in finance and entrepreneurship from the Wharton School.

Amir Husain is Chairman of WorldQuant Foundry. A visionary entrepreneur and renowned AI technologist, Husain brings decades of experience as an award-winning investor, business builder, and CEO to drive innovation and scale breakthrough ideas.
In 2013, Husain founded SparkCognition (now Avathon), guiding the AI company to unicorn status with a $1.4 billion valuation. He also founded SGS (now Avathon Government), a defense technology company, and SkyGrid, a joint venture with Boeing focused on aerial operating systems. An accomplished inventor, Husain holds over 30 patents in AI and distributed systems.
Husain is a best-selling author of "The Sentient Machine", "Hyperwar", "Generative AI for Leaders", and “The Cybernetic Society” among other titles. He serves on UT Austin's Computer Science Board and NATO's Innovation Advisory Board. The University of Texas at Austin recently honored him with the Presidential Citation Award, the university's highest honor, recognizing his exceptional contributions to technology and innovation.

At WorldQuant Ventures, founded by Igor Tulchinsky, Steven leads investments in innovative entrepreneurs driving real-world change through emerging technologies. Since 2014, the firm has funded over 90 startups, including IonQ, Rigetti, PsiQuantum, FigureAI, Apptronik, Fuse Energy, SpaceX, Skyroot, and Portal Space. Steven’s impact extends even further, having directly funded over 150 startups across cutting-edge sectors like fintech, biotech, robotics, and AI.
Steven began his career on Wall Street as an option specialist and market maker at institutions including UBS, Spear Leeds and Kellogg, and Bank of Montreal. He holds a degree in Mathematical Economics from Colgate University, where he developed the foundation for his data-driven approach to investment and innovation.

Chris Rosado serves as Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel at WorldQuant Foundry. In this role, he oversees operational strategy, legal affairs, and corporate governance across WorldQuant Foundry and its portfolio companies. Mr. Rosado also serves as Deputy General Counsel of WorldQuant, which involves working closely with and advising WorldQuant’s CIO and CRO on a range of strategic, legal, and risk-related matters. Further, he advises WorldQuant Ventures on early-stage investment opportunities.
Prior to joining WorldQuant in 2018, Mr. Rosado served as legal counsel and compliance officer at Point72. He began his career in 2007 at Shearman & Sterling LLP (now A&O Shearman) in New York.
Mr. Rosado graduated with a B.S. from Boston College in 2000 and cum laude with a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 2007, where he served as Articles Editor of the Law Review.

Dr. Nicholas Tatonetti is Professor and Vice Chair of Operations in the Department of Computational Biomedicine and Associate Director of Computational Oncology in the Cancer Center at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
